Conducted multiple webinars and F2F workshops across rural and remote Western Australia on the topic of  “Nurse Led Clinics – Chronic Disease Management and Health Promotion”.

Future F2F workshops currently scheduled throughout 2016 and 2017 for rural Western Australia.

A 2 year relationship, working with the whole organisation to implement policies and procedures for:

  • Clients identified and managed with regard to care needs,
  • GP’s, Nurses, and Aboriginal Health Workers working within a business model that increases revenue whilst maintaining a client centered focus
